Statement of Educational Philosophy: I believe we all have a way that we process information best. We also want to be liked and valued for who we are not what others want us to be. With these two concepts in mind, I strive to create an environment which combines different approaches to material while emphasizing the fact that what works for one person might not work for another. Being flexible allows each of us an opportunity to shine. This flexibility also allows me to try to connect to my students' personal interests when possible.

Advice to my students: Keep your life organized, get it in writing, be patient with yourself and others.
